Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation and Seamen/ Offshore Injury
In the area of personal injury, Ben represents people who have suffered an injury in either:
- A car accident
- An on the job accident
- An offshore accident/seaman injury
- Due to a faulty product/products liability
- Any and all other type of injury one has suffered due to the fault of another
When you or a family member suffers an injury, there are many, many things and events that go along with this injury.
First and foremost, the injured person needs to see a health care provider. This can be either their family doctor or by going to an emergency room. Your health is more important than any amount of money which can be collected by Ben. Only a doctor can help in this aspect.
Second, if you are injured in a car accident, you need to immediately call the local law enforcement. If this is an on-the-job injury, you need to report this injury immediately to your supervisor.
In reporting your accident, this will ensure that there is sufficient documentation of the accident and its causes. But more importantly the accident report will cover several critical points such as: witnesses, location, time of day and individuals involved. This is all necessary information that will be needed further down the road when handling your case.
